Tubo de PE corrugado reforçado com espirais metálicas é um novo tipo de tubo ondulado de paredes duplas. Usa-se HDPE como os materiais básicos e tira de aço em espiral como parte de suporte, o que é espiralado para a estrutura da parede ondulada.

HTIDC Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spirally Corrugated Pipe use piping standard virgin polyethylene as raw material, the inner layer is light yellow; it doesn't use any recycled material and other unnecessary additives.


2. Zinc coated metal sheet, strong bonding, and preventing layering

HTIDC Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spirally Corrugated Pipe uses Zinc coated metal strap as a reinforced part, it has anti-corrosion property, HTIDC does not use ordinary cold-rolled steel sheets, which can easily be affected by corrosion, poor in binding and can be separated to polyethylene as a layer.


3. Super Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance

Piping class polyethylene material as raw material is used for Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spirally Corrugated Pipe, which is a kind of crystal un-polarity material, so HTIDC pipe has high resistance against corrosion and abrasion. So it is very stable to various kind of chemical material and electrochemical corrosion. It has longer lifespan as well.


4. Smoother inner will and higher transportation capacity
